Solids Removal Filters

Gravity flow filters capture solid contaminants before they enter the drains in the restaurant and cause blockages and backups. The filters are installed conveniently under a sink. Wastewater from work sinks, pot sinks, and mop sinks will flow into the two stage filters which remove solid food particles of 40 microns or larger. The filters and strainer baskets are reusable, easy to maintain, very durable and can be cleaned in less than a minute. Under normal operating conditions, the filters will need to be cleaned daily. The gravity flow filter is used when wastewater can flow by gravity to the Drainage Collection/Liquid Lift Station.
